Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs partner plan onboarding fees (Starter Plan ₹399, Premium All-Sector Plan ₹999, and Plan Upgrades ₹600) paid on Smart Scale Management.

1. Partner Plan Activation & Digital Access

Partner plans provide access to digital training resources, referral tracking tools, and the Partner Dashboard upon payment verification and administrator approval.

2. Eligibility for Refund

  • If a duplicate payment is debited due to a technical error at the payment gateway, 100% of the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original source account within 5–7 working days.
  • If a partner's account activation is rejected by the Administrator during verification, a full refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days.
  • Once a partner account is activated and dashboard/training resources have been accessed, plan fees are non-refundable.
