By registering as a partner on Smart Scale Management, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Partner Account Activation

Registering on the website alone does not grant access to the Partner Dashboard. Dashboard access is unlocked only after server-verified plan payment and administrator approval.

2. Single-Tier Referral & Sales Model (No MLM)

Smart Scale Management operates strictly on a direct, single-tier commission structure for verified sales and direct partner referrals. We do not operate or endorse any multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid commission system.

3. Customer Consent & Ethical Promotion

Partners must obtain genuine customer consent before submitting a customer's name and mobile number in the "Submit a Sale" portal. Misrepresentation, fake claims, or unauthorized spam will result in immediate account suspension.

4. Verification of Commissions & Payouts

All submitted sales and referral conversions are subject to administrator verification and anti-duplicate review before commissions are approved for bank/UPI payout.
